Daulton Jones Benefit Jam in NC

Recently Eastern Rider Phil Jones’ little brother Daulton Jones was paralyzed in an accident. He is recovering and Phil and his father are facing enormous bills and costs associated with Dalton’s care. The Charlotte BMX Community is coming together to lend a helping hand in raising some much-needed cash for Phil and his father in their time of need.
SUNDAY OCTOBER 11th - GRAYSON SKATEPARK - CHARLOTTE, NC
1pm till Dark - $10 jam to ride all afternoon and win some rad prizes and help out.
Pads and Helmet are required to ride the park, so be sure to bring yours.
The park is located at the Naomi Drenan Recreation Center - 750 Beal Street, Charlotte NC 28211

T Shirt Incentive

On my last day down in CT this week Jeff was trying to motivate some of the younger kids to jump down the rail at the park, which is pretty comparable to a real rail. I offered up a shirt and dvd to Jake(above afterwards) if he did it next go, he took a quick look and got it done perfect. Two or three other kids got it done for the first time as well after having sweated it all summer, good way to start the fall.

Filming in CT this week

We finally have a stretch of good weather going in the Northeast, so I headed down to ride with Jeff Martin for a couple days this week. Yesterday we got a couple clips, then smooth talked our way out of a ticket/arrest over a great ledge spot/bust. Always your best bet to just apologize for riding wherever you are when you are dealing with the cops.
